Its all a plot. We need to innovate our way out of this insanity with China, and thats not going to happen with everyone parked on the couch glued to the tv, so our university system came up with “woke theory” as a means by which to annoy people so badly that they will shut off their tvs, throw them out the window, and start reading or tinkering in their basements instead!
