Unless you have an inside connection with the local police, there is no indication that he was driving too fast.
So how about setting your hatred for the guy aside and wait until all the facts come out and maybe ever say a little prayer for him? That's what you Christians are supposed to do isn't it?
Well okay, lets try some other scenarios:
The road made him text while driving?
The road made him drink and drive?
The road made his brakes defective?
The road made his accelerator stick?
The road made his cruise control malfunction?
