This is a classic case of confusion between correlation and causation. The correlation between good health and lack of vaccination could certainly exist. However, I will posit two simple explanations, albeit with tongue in cheek:
1) Those who have thought about vaccines enough to refuse them are probably concerned about other aspects of their health. They probably take better care of themselves.
2) The population sampled are people who are alive! A large portion of those who refused vaccines are now dead and those that remain are healthy specimens. :(

Simply not true.
We know this because 90-95% of the reduction in deaths from these common illnesses occurred before the vaccines were introduced.
I know most people responding so far have a religious attachment to vaccines, but I still recommend that you read the paper.
