Back in the 1970s, Pittsburgh had a pizza place named "Beto's" -- they actually made a square pizza. The sauce was homemade and delicious, and occasionally, the cheese would develop large bubbles and bake that way. It was delicious.

Beto's used to be located in Oakland, near the Pitt and Carnegie Mellon campuses. I'm told they moved and still have a location somewhere--no telling if it's the same recipe.
