I just had another plumber leave for yet another busted pipe! Wow isn't there some show called this old house!
I'm so over this old house of mine! Well lets hope with all the news pipes the old ones will at least last longer than a few days.
He was nice and didn't charge as much as it should of been!
The after hours is double! Thank You Lord!

Oh, dj.....I am so sorry to hear this, about the busted pipes.

We’re up here dealing with some at the hill country place....but...fortunately, they were all outside. (Outside wall and outside faucet.)

I found a plumber who does mostly new construction and they came right out. We’ve been here, testing, to make sure all is well. So far, so good. 🤞🏼

Plumbers, and plumbing supplies, are few and far between, in this state, right now.
