Texans not happy, in Midland either.
I need help from the chef’s on the thread. I have these Cowboy pork chops, that’s what they call the cut where I buy them. They kind of look like a ribeye if they were beef. Big and thick. We usually grill them and they turn out great. We have a major or minor water leak in the house, hubby had to run to Lowe’s and likely won’t have time to put them on the grill. I have no clue how to cook them in the house. Any ideas?
