I blame it on my customer service work. LOL
Around here, we have the mother rule: ‘if it was YOUR mother calling in here with questions, how would you want her to be treated?’. That’s how I end up with 45 minute long phone calls!
Anyway, my ‘if that was MY appointment notification going to someone else in error, what would I want that person to do?’ kicked in, so I called. But my annoyance level is rising, too. :D
