Well now Rusty....you should be mellowed out perty good by now lol. I love spinach/artichoke dip, but never had it with water chestnut. I also love sourdough bread - just ordered some on my click and pick grocery list.

There’s a few of us on this thread that could have a bang up time if we lived close enough to meet now and again lol. Lots of yapping, laughing and pouring would ensue.

For sure we’d have a great time! I just add chopped water chestnuts to the dip. Dolly tried it and liked it. If we follow CB’s definition of what makes food healthy, it might make the grade!
If my pants were too big due to weight loss, I wouldn’t complain, lol.

Sourdough here is edible, but nothing like San Francisco extra Sourdough bread! I was flying to visit in Texas one time, I had a bag full of SF SD bread for my mom, funny because the guy sitting next to me was taking the same thing to his mom in Arizona.
