Can you educate me, what is a “Spotify playlist”?

Oh, sure!

Spotify is an audio streaming and media services provider. Works with Apple or Android devices. Mostly music, but also podcasts. So it’s an app you can download to your mobile device and also to your computer. There is a version you can pay a small monthly fee for and not get ads and skip songs you don’t like, or you can have it for free but they’ll play ads and you can’t skip.

They have pre-designated categories, so if you’re wanting romantic dinner music you can look for playlists that already have that kind of music. Or if you want to check out certain genres of music, they have those already set up.

But you can make your own personal playlists-I think I have 3 or 4-where you can add songs that they already have there. No cost to do it and you don’t have to download/upload anything but the app. But other people can see them and play them.
