Yes, when 1st was born in 64 I made sure the bar I was at was VERY close to the hospital so I could make it seem like I was in the waiting room. <:<:<:.
For the 2nd(and last) born in 66 I was a little more casual about it..HA
Also Hospitals had strict visiting hours so I managed to get there about half hour before ‘closing’ but at the time usually worked till 7 or 8 PM anyway...
