His lips barely moved causing him to mumble and slurred his speech. He had long, awkward pauses between random words and even longer between sentences. He would just finish a sentence and stand their, staring blankly ahead for a good 15 seconds before starting to talk again.

I thought is CNN town hall was bad, this is 10x worse in matter of days. No matter what the left says that is not a life long speech impediment, it is dementia. If anyone had any relative, frends, etc. suffer thru it, you see the same thing in every Biden speech.

I do feel sad so many died from this virus, that came to the USA via CHINA...Many died of other pre existing disease but hospitals said they are paid to list cause of death, COVID ...SO really do we know how many actually died from this virus?

If you watched the CNN town hall, Cooper basically told him to shut up after he rambled too long on every question. It is very hard to listen to him speak, as you said, as everything tends to be mumbled and run tougher mixed with the off topic rambling.

Another great point you made. I really haven’t heard little, if any reports on his poll numbers in weeks.
