For what it’s worth, Hendrix thought Kath was the best guitarist playing (better than himself).
Hendrix later said pretty much the same thing on the Johnny Carson show about Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top. Which just goes to show Jimmy had pretty awesome taste in guitar players.
