They are just in no position to eliminate any revenue sources right now; the city is in terrible shape financially (which is why the election had to be stolen - Trump and/or a Republican Congress weren’t going to throw billions at our dying, obsolete cities filled with non-producers.

Even worse. They were going to get those people gainfully employed, and then how would they be controlled and used. Factory workers are too tired at the end of the day to riot.
