The scene where he causes Dreyfus to suffer a relapse at the mental hospital is another favorite - as is the dentist/nitrous oxide scene (a true bit of Blake Edwards genius).

I’ve also wondered whether the “Ainsley Jarvis” drag club scene served as the inspiration for Edwards’ later “Victor/Victoria”.
