Just last week, I read a thread on FR that the troops would be ensconced in DC and around the Capitol itself until late next fall.

Just curious, usually after these ‘creations’ occur, there’s some design of a medal, and military guys get dragged out to some ceremony to award themselves the medal. Is there one to be created for ‘deployment’?
