Have you read Foreign Interference executive order #13848? It clearly states that actions that need to be done takes place AFTER inauguration. It was John Roberts that supported this in 2017 stating that the case of Trump competency needs to made within 100 days after inauguration.

Can you not understand that Donald Trump is no longer in office to enforce that EO #13848?   All Joe Biden has to do is ignore it, after all he is the President.

I'll say it again.   If anyone or any group shows up in front of the President with an order to do anything to him at all, he needs only to tear it up and have the person or group taken into custody.   Any person or group that could act against the President also reports up the chain-of-command to the President.   Joe Biden is in the catbird seat, untouchable by ordinary means.   Even as much as I hate and despise Joe Biden, if a military coup tried to take him down I would be completely against that!   We would really be a banana republic then.
