I believe that was Charlie Ward or one of his guests made the assertion about the kids coming out of the White house. Yeah they shown what looked like kids coming out of the white house. Who, what, when, where and why is unknown.

Charlie Ward is one of these people that "claim" they have inside information. If this is a military secret operation he would be in jail. In other words Charlie Ward is a sharlton.

Should he have the right to say stupid stuff? Sure. Should people listen to him? Only if you like story time I guess.
