So I’ve been searching to find out what happened yesterday at the USSC? Was Sidney Powell able to present? Did they listen? Or am I asking silly questions? 🤷♀️
The SC won’t announce their decisions until next week
Feb 26 is the magic date. The cases granted cert will be posted on SCOTUS’s website.
The cases were "docketed" for Friday 2/19/21 meaning the case paperwork was submitted on time and in proper order.
Friday 2/19 was a "conference" day for the Supremes, so just discussion and making a decision if the cases would move ahead. No one (Sidney Powell, etc.) would have presenting a case this past Friday. Now it's wait and see what the decision is for actually hearing the cases.
