They noted that there was always a very expensive auto in the front of the hotel they were staying the night at...If they gave the Valet the Ferrari it would be there until the Lambo came along...the Lambo would be displaced by the Bugatti and so on...
They wanted to arrive in a car that would stay there overnight.
