I personally know people who rent house in Bev Hills. It’s not as glitzy as some people think and just like cities there are sh*tty parts and good parts.

Olympic Blvd goes through Beverly Hills...I drove on Olympic Blvd many times and saw the apartment buildings near Olympic Blvd...

Beverly Hills High is near Olympic Blvd...Right before Century City...I think some people decide to rent in Beverly Hills because they want to send their kids to Beverly Hills High School...

Or Robertson. I know of this private postal center on the 90210 side which has a waiting list and many companies made that their mailing address, even when their physical business is up the street.
