Why are workers allowed to wear makeup in the workplace? One is not allowed to wear speedos or bikinis. Why not ban makeup? You don’t need it to do your job and it increases the potential for harassment. Also there is time lost to fixing ones makeup.

Makeup in the workplace is a distraction.

AOC and Tlaib are not any more attractive with makeup. They are totally unattractive.
