Are you keeping a diary? Last year we read the 100 year old diary of my husband’s Grandmother...who died in 1930 when she was 30...nothing political (mention of one presidential election in the 5 years we read)....but got me thinking...so I am keeping a “political” diary as well as another...not a lot of writing required...just a few notes every few days...like “Biden is illigitamite” and other notes of the times. Maybe my great grandchildren will understand what they lost...??? And try to regain it?
I’m 62 in 20 years if I was to talk about history that I was taught and read with a 20 something they will roll their eyes and call me a conservative.
I’m thinking my great grandchildren will read what I wrote when they are in their 60s...yeah...20 somethings are so lost..and think they are all knowing...we shall see how they like the next 5 years
