Trump wanted 6,000-10,000 NG/troops put in place a week before JAN 6, 2021, but his desire to do so was slapped down hard by Democrat leadership (reportedly Pelosi).
Not unlike how he wanted NG in DC in the Spring/Summer riots, where roughly a 170 CP, Secret Service, and Marshals were injured, 36+ hospitalized/14-16 seriously injured, and many federal protected buildings and monuments damaged, businesses damaged/destroyed, civilians assaulted etc...
Trump was attacked for even discussing the possibility of troops during the attacks, which included strong efforts to directly attack and infiltrate the White House (ANTIFA, BLM, Sunrise, etc, had support and coordination from Pelosi’s office - with proof).
The Pentagon Chiefs said they wouldn’t get involved if the POTUS made the call, and publicly went against their own CIC. As DC lawfully falls under the technical administration/protection of the FEDGOV/POTUS, Trump had every right, and the responsibility, to call in troops.
At that moment, Pentagon CoS technically fell into UCMJ defined “insubordination”, and “mutiny”, and they did it in blatant support of the anti-American, global socialist, left!
(Trump did however have active duty units flown in to the DC area (largely from Bragg), which staged at a few DC proximal base locations).
In the week before JAN 6, 2021, it was Legislative leadership (Pelosi/Schumer), who again attacked President Trump’s advice, and said no. This was clearly part of the UNIPARTY set up and staging against Trump supporters and President Trump.
After the well planned/STAGED (Pelosi) Capitol “insurrection”, to fully remake and label all Trump supporters as terrorists (with total DOJ complicity) —
*It was Trump who signed off on the demand for troops in DC immediately (JAN 6, 2021), *AFTER the well planned, coordinated, and staged/false UNIPARTY ambush, to rebrand as “insurrectionists” (legal term), all America and liberty loving people, and to make sure Trump and all liberty loving Americans, (who had just witnessed/experienced highly coordinated, “foreign and domestic”, massive global scale election fraud, and a fraudulent left wing global socialist president installed, took place.
