He sent the message thru 3 other neighbors that I was not to speak to them until i came over to introduce myself.Since he was the newbie in the neighborhood and since he cared so much about formal introductions, he should have gone door to door and introduced himself.

No I was the newbie! he felt that since he was one of the original homeowners we had to go to HIM.
