Do Serena and Michelle have the same "doctor"?

Back when Serena was first making it big, there were pictures of her in her late teens before she became the roided out monster she is now. I remember a particular photo of here when she was about 19, wearing a white bikini, and she was cute, fairly slim and feminine looking. Hard to imagine now, I know. And, interestingly enough, you can't find ANY pictures of her during that time period anymore, almost as if they have been scrubbed.
