Hey why dont you make an entire software and application development team with these people? It might help if they are not burdened using modern programming languages too that shield coders from understanding even the most basic forms of mathematics

The real world and the laws of physics don’t care about your feelings. Or that you tried super hard. Or about your race. There’s a correct answer and an incorrect answer. Fail to get the correct answer and consequences ensue. No amount of feel-good hippie crap will alter the laws of physics.
