Chad was a major jerk. My old man was surveying on his property and he shows up and asks his guy with him who my dad was. My dad is the nicest and best man I know, and my dad offered his hand and said his name and Chad ignored him standing right there and told his guy to remove from the property (which he couldn’t, as he was supposed to be there) and then when told so, stomps off like a petulant child.
I had another buddy of mine throw a party, he’s buddies with the default band, so they invited Chad simply so I could have some words. The Lower mainland in Southern BC made that guy and he needed a reminder.
They’re also a terrible band heh.
As a side note, I think it’s hilarious that the Dixie Chics call themselves the Chics now haha.
Apparently he went nuts and went all homeless acting like a freak. Left his wife and kids at home or something like that. Whatever all his songs sounded the same because of his voice. They get some money and all the sudden he is above people. He will be broke if not already. I watched a doc on Rush a while back. Always they pert was a jerk but as it turns out he is very shy and don’t feel he deserves fame like that. Also went through a bunch of disaster in his later life and was partly why they went out for a while. There lyrics are out there but the sound is amazing.
