As the people of Texas and commonsense Americans everywhere slam ERCOT and Woke Green Energy the Greenies and Libs are circling the wagons and are actually trying to shift the blame to NatGas and coal-fired plants.
This situation is primarily the fault of the Woke Executives on the Board of Directors and state politicians. There was an audit conducted awhile back whose recommendations were never given any serious consideration concerning weatherizing the Texas Power System.

Thw Woke Executives, Greenies, and Libs need to be held accountable (morally, if not legally) for any deaths of Texas residents who died because of the extended lack of power in their homes or apartments during the supercold period.

Sadly I don’t expect any GOP politician to do that.

This is correct, and the libs in Texas are blaming lax regulation, and corrupt lazy Republicans who run the state for the failure to get the weatherization implemented. It will be a massive bludgeon that gets used in the next election.
