This is weekly data, not annual. Most people who get the flu do not get clinical lab tests for it, so these tests alone under count cases.
Yes, I saw “week 5” and then “week 40” so it isn’t an annual count and I agree that many people don’t get tested for Influenza, and some don’t even go to the doctor for it.
Of course we all know the statistics and reporting are bogus. EVERYTHING now exists to portray Chomo Joe as a saint on the same level of magnificence of Obama the Great and Fauci the Omniscient. The news report on the drive in to work had declared Kung Flu was going away BUT flu is increasing. Not a single source. Not a single explanation. no questions about how or why or even the possibility that every single flu and cold has been declared “Kung Flu.”
