The eyes give it away. They are unnatural in look and movement/blinking.
The thread is pointing out an AI program that makes a still photo almost look realistic ... and everyone's critiquing the artist !

There's VERY SUBTLE chin movements, lips, cheeks and teeth ... taken in its entirety, I think it's pretty impressive
