For the 48 hours since the last update:
Doses Delivered: 1.6 million (two weak days) Likely one normal day, and one weekend day with little to no delivery (which has become the norm since inauguration).
People Receiving 1st Dose: 1.4 million (two weak days) Lately weekends have been big days for giving shots, but apparently not this last Sunday.
People Receiving 2nd Dose: 938,000 (two very weak days - the equivalent of one big day).
On hand inventory has dipped to 16.4 million. That has been the float reserved to cover second shots, for those given a first. It is no longer Federal policy to recommend that reservation of vaccine (since the last week or two of the Trump Admin), but it has still been occurring in practice by the States and Localities. The current balance is slightly lower than recent weekly lows, but that might just be a holiday weekend effect.
The official count will always be one short ‘cause I ain’t getting it.
I downloaded CDC data from the Vaccine Adverse Effect Reporting System. And, compared COVID19 to Injected Seasonal Flu vaccines.

The populations are not comparable.
The annual flu shot is the general population, including lots of kids.
The COVID vaccinations have been concentrating on the oldest and sickest people in the country.
Oh, are we in favor of absolute loyalty to people now, rather than supporting them if they do well and opposing them if they do poorly?
Getting a vaccine out in a nine month period was a great accomplishment in my opinion. Just remember no one cares if you get your shot or not.
I’m against the vaccine. You don’t get a vaccine for something that has a 99.95% survival rate.

It has been determined that this is because of two things:
1) after the first infection, antibody levels start to fall. Once they fall to within a narrow range, ____you are 7.64x more likely to develop the lethal form. ____On the other hand, if you are infected again but your antibody levels are still relatively high, you are protected.
2) Dengue Fever Virus has 4 variants. If you are infected with Variant 1 initially and then subsequently contract variant 4 after your antibody levels have diminished over time, you are likely to experience ADE Dengue fever
So now think of all the people that had mild Covid from the original strain. Their antibody level is unpredictable. The people who were vaccinated, on the other hand, will have predictably high levels of antiboddies and, as such, we will be better able to predict when they need a booster shot to keep their antibody levels high. versus the people who decline the vaccine who will have low levels of antibodies and will inevitably come into contact with one of the Covid variants.
In my opinion, people who decline the vaccine are more likely to experience ADE in subsequent Covid infections. they certainly aren't guaranteed any kind of safety.

As an adult, you make the choice not to get or get the vaccine, we don’t care now or in the future.. That was/is your right.
Most of our family members under the age of 65 do not want the vaccine. Again, that is their right, and some are in health care. One is in front line health care for this virus in an ICU.
Many of us have family members/good friends 75 and over, who want the vaccine and can’t get it.
So if millions of you don’t want it, that is good news for those wanting the vaccine.
We are glad if someone who wants the vaccine gets it because others didn’t want it.

I’m not sure who you think the “we” in your comments is supposed to be speaking for. The commenter I was responding to said “no one cares”, which obviously isn’t true, since the Democrats who now control the government seem to care very much indeed.
