They have a nominal capacity of ~25 GW in wind farms, about half of which is out of service due to icing per this article in the Austin American Statesman:

Current based on ERCOT real time data, they’re getting about 4.2 GW of output from that investment. 4.2 / 25 = 17%.

That seems pretty lousy in my book, but I’m certainly not a wind power expert.
