Is what I said incorrect? I have 10 years of post collegiate training six years post doctoral training. A CRNA has two years of masters training. That means I have nearly a more decade of training. So although you want to say I am on my high horse the fact is the matter is I am far depose snd better trained.
I am sorry not everyone is equal in terms of expertise. I worked quite hard for mine so I am sorry it disturbs you to hear the truth. Perhaps we should award participation trophies?
I have four years of undergraduate training, followed by 6 years as a critical care nurse, and 3 years of graduate school.
I never said I was a doctor or that my training was superior, inferior, or equal to anyone else’s. I simply said I am not a giant illiterate dummy who can’t read medical literature, or am without any clinical experience.
Instead, I simply pointed out statements of fact regarding these drugs. I was met with “shut up, nurse. I’m a doctor with super secret knowledge that you couldn’t possibly know or understand”.
The statements in the tread speak for themselves.
… I have 10 years of post collegiate training six years post doctoral training.
34 years of clinical neurology here, post. Training
It has been quite… humbling
Unlearning what I thought I knew has been quite a journey
And I will soon retire
But COVID has forced a lot of paradigm shifts,
I hear calls for “safety” where it doesn’t exist. Not here.
A lot of definite opinions where there are more questions than answers
Rationalizing, where Reason has lost its path
It has always been this way, and until we meet God, it will always be
You're not the only one on the thread, bro, and this is not your lecture hall for scared interns.
People would rather hear you defend your case objectively than defend your self subjectively.
I speak for many on this thread in stipulating that doctors have more training than nurses, ok? It's common knowledge.
But it doesn't necessarily make your opinion the only possible answer for every person considering the vaccine, nor make such a vaccine right for every person.
Cite actual research without condescension and your arguments may appear more effective.
