My understanding is that only a very limited amount of cells get tricked into creating the virus protein that conveys immunity because they have to get in contact with the tiny amount of doped lipids that are the active ingredient in the vaccine. Once those cells die or are killed off by the immune system your body will cease to produce the virus protein.

The cytokine response is triggered when a very large number of cells are already infected by the time the immune response kicks in. So you should have probably less risk of a future cytokine storm should you be exposed to COVID later on, since your body is already primed to kill the virus before it gets out of control.

The question regarding the risks of the vaccine vs. the disease for those who are young is on point, but you should recall that everyone now young will be old. Having known someone who almost died after first contracting chicken pox at age 18, that is not a trivial matter.
