Been prepping for 15 years. Have a years worth of food. Heirloom seeds to start anew.

Guns and plenty of ammo. All guns dry (not in lake).

Fairly large solar system. Generator. Fuel.

Chickens. 2 sources of water. Silver and cash in safe. Ham gear and even an EMP-proof jeep and motorcycle.

Live on 50 acres and heat with wood.

Very impressive. I stopped short of acquiring a backup solar system. I figured an alternate bug-out location on this planet was good enough.
