When someone titles a story 'Boats bypass inspection station', you don't think of an Interstate highway... There's no map to show what that is, why would I or anyone else bother with trying to lookup where (or what) that is? Why would we know what I-87 is? Do you know where 75 goes? 635? The Tollway? Bush? Loop 12?
