I have to endure annual racial sensitivity training. sometimes that takes the form of everyone sitting in a circle and sharing. The minorities (actually, just the blacks) all take turns telling us about how oppressed they are. Some of these, keep in mind, are executives in a Fortune 100 company, millionaires for sure.
