If this information is true, which I seriously doubt, it still has no bearing on the impeachment. The single article of impeachment is incitement. In their rush to vote on impeachment the House only voted on the single article. Since the “riot” was already underway when this call supposedly happened, then this call could not have been incitement. Again, if this is even true which is unlikely.

Trump lawyer did ask the question about the relevance...Congressman Raskin argued it was relevant...He said that dereliction of duty is part of the incitement charge...Raskin is accusing that Mr. Trump refused to carry out his responsibility as the president on January 6th...I don't accept that argument but Democrats and a few Republicans did ...

Yes, indeed...There is only one article...

As usual, he is wrong. Dereliction of Duty would have to be part of a separate impeachment article. Incitement is incitement and not dereliction of duty.

One thing the Dems have showcased, in addition to their stupidity and total lack of ethics and character is their utter lack of knowledge of our Constitution, what it says and what it stands for.
