I was referring to Burns. “Served” his country for 30 years, then immediately goes to work for the biggest most mass-murdering communist dictatorship in human history.
I don’t trust him. I thought he was a white hat but the DNI report was unforgivable. Basic production management would have signaled he had a problem with managers over the analysts that were doing the report.
A report with the stakes as high as they were......unforgivable. No senior intel officer gets surprised by a report he is charged with producing. The managers and analyst should have been subjects of a CI investigation and a new team reassigned to finish the product.
