I saw the video..As he’s pounding on the car,the women just stayed there...BACK UP..Leave..Or just run him over..The video clearly shows he was attacking them

It appears that he shot the driver before he pounded on the hood. But, yeah, when someone is pounding on the hood with a pistol do not hestitate to run them over. BTW, that was the parking lot of the Northwest Afro-American Museum. (Not a joke.) They were waiting for someone who had breifly run into the building.

Exactly. In just about any vehicle you have over a ton of weight and a hundred horsepower at your disposal. Often much more. For most people their vehicle is the deadliest weapon they will ever wield.

Years ago I had a guy come up to my driver's window (open) and start raging at me. I had dared to give him a short horn for sitting through an entire green light cycle without moving. I cut the steering wheel to the right, put the manual gearshift in reverse, and brought the engine up well off idle. He shut up, looked down at the big radial pointed right at him, put two and two together, and went back to his car without another word. If he had even reached for me, he'd never have made it through the window. I'd have dumped the clutch and floored the V8. He'd have become a red stain.
