That's not what happened which is why I pointed out that it was important that the democrat lost votes too. Also this error appeared in a single district. It's almost certainly some sort of user error.

In the only race that was originally close the results went from a 24 vote margin, to a 420 margin. That was because after the hand recount, 297 votes were found for the Republican, and 99 of those had been wrongfully credited to the Dem. Plainly it the machines stole votes. The other cases also had the Republican candidate being shorted by 299, 303, and 298 votes. Yes, Dems also gained 21, 28, and 18 votes in the recount but those races were never close. That suggests that votes weren't switched because it couldn't make up the deficit, or the found votes were somehow never counted previously. Regardless, there plainly was vote switching where it could have mattered.
