They only have power if you give it to them. Simply do not use Twitter. I never have. They are a private information exchange facility and you agree to terms of service when you sign up for free access. Since they own the service, you are subject to their rules, biases, etc. It’s that simple. Stop using them, encourage family and friends to do likewise.

If you have a business you face an everpresent risk of torment and protests led by tweeters to motivate radical action.
They spread (dis)information with lightning speed. The virtual flash mob. Whaterver it takes to mobilize forces in your community.
Even your home is at risk of being doxed.
All of this goes on with Twitter knowing it does. They aren’t anti-doxing or anti-bullying or anti-expose.
