Yes, I am a prepper. Even medical people think that I am a pharmacy because I long store many of my meds, some vacuum packed - and of course in dark bottles. I have been contemplating what can be done with insulin. I will study this later.

Also, I find little jeremiah on this thread a great source for natural substitutes.
