Good observation. I wondered when I wrote my comment who Trump would have put in charge of keeping Pence entertained for four years.
I honestly had not noticed Jarred was over the shoulder or in the wings, during Pence’s little outings, field trips and butterfly hunts. :)

I think that strongly suggests that PDJT knew Pence wasn’t to be trusted and arranged to have his own people in all meetings so Pence didn’t have a chance to stab him in the back, had he been inclined or instructed to do that. If President Trump didn’t trust him, why should we?
