"all-female committee"
The only way to be more diverse than "all-female" is to add more women. Maybe Mr. Mom should put on a wig and some stockings.
Of course when I was growing up, the PTA was also all-female. But that was back when moms were moms and didn't pay someone else to raise their kids while they pursued a "more fulfilling" life.
