I’m familiar with the Rwanda genocide, but I guess I missed the genocide in Bosnia. The closed thing that I can come up with was the mass killing of men in Srebrenica. Certainly a Crime Against Humanity, and a War Crime deserving of the Death Penalty*, but not a genocide, or they would have also killed the women and children.
*Europe is beyond the need for dishing out the ultimate punishment, even for people who order the killing of thousands of innocent people.

both occurred during Bill Clinton's rule, his state dept. wouldn't call the killing of 800,000 black men, women and children Tutsi tribe members a genocide but killing 8,000 white Bosnian Muslim men a genocide to take peoples mind off of Monica Lewinsky with an undeclared war.
