I say it’s a hoax. If the person is one of eighty souls smuggled in a tanker truck how would he even have a cell phone and how would a cell signal propagate through the high pressure steel tank?
True. I thought that the smugglers confiscated anything that might help their cargo escape until they were paid.
The news report played the 911 call which was provided by the police. The police chief from that district was interviewed and believed this to be true. They have video of what they believe to be the tanker in question, although it is fuzzy. It’s not a hoax....sadly.
How would 80 people even get inside a tanker? Its not like they can be poured in like they are gasoline or pumped in lite propane.
