I love grilled cheese sandwiches. I can vary from 2 pieces of white Publix bread and two slices of processed cheese (cost? about 40 cents) to hand sliced Ciabatta w/ Gruyere.
Either way, you know it’s going to be a tasty treat.
Like the parmesan twist and will try it next time.
Gosh I used to get these grilled provolone’s on Italian that were huge and so so good.
I like making’ ‘em in my little sammich-maker that will carmelize the sugars in the lightly buttered outside of the bread for extra yumminess.
