Last time I checked, that risk was 100% for all of us.
Hard to believe they tested ½ egg portions. Are they talking about ostrich eggs? Alligator eggs? Perhaps China seeks a worldwide glut of eggs to reduce costs. Why would anyone trust China for dietary recommendations?

Show me where people who eat eggs everyday die of heart attacks or artery diseases more often, and then they might have something. A 7% supposed I crease could be caused by any number of things like even being less active that non egg eaters, or egg eaters eating more junk food or fast food because they are poorer and can’t afford to eat better, or whatever. Way too many variables to say that egg yolks caused the deaths

I eat three a day, minimum, everyday.
Hard boiled, soft boiled, sunny side up, scrambled, with cheese and bacon and sausage and ham and beef and potatoes and onions and peppers and on and on.
I'm going to be 8 decades old this year and have been eating eggs, almost everyday, since I built my own chicken coop at age 10-11.
I raised chickens and provided both eggs and meat for our family of 7 until I went into the Army and my baby brother took over chicken tending.
