I think the article misses the mark on sauce, they say tomato only, I say add garlic and red pepper flakes to the sauce.
They do hit white pizza sauce which is very good for some styles of pizza.

Still, generally good points on making pizza.

I stole Pizza Hut's sauce recipe when I worked there.

It's a spice packet added to No. 10 cans of tomato sauce. One of the main ingredients is grated parmesan cheese.
